Our Cantera Kindergarten students had an incredible learning adventure during their field trip to Cutter Aviation.
The day gave children a first-hand look at the fascinating world of aviation. They explored the airport facilities, watched planes up close, and met aviation professionals who explained how pilots, mechanics, and ground crews work together to keep planes safe and ready for travel.
The teaching team encouraged students to ask questions and make observations, sparking curiosity about science, technology, and transportation. For many children, this was their very first time seeing an airplane so close, and their excitement was contagious.
This trip built on our Montessori approach of connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences. By seeing aviation in action, students strengthened their sense of discovery, independence, and wonder.
We’re proud to provide experiences that help children dream big and understand how their learning connects to the world around them.
