At MSOSV, we believe that great teachers never stop learning. Through the SAGE Montessori Teacher Education Program, our dedicated assistants and aspiring guides embark on an 18-month journey of growth; combining mentorship, in-depth coursework, and daily hands-on practice with Montessori materials.
This ongoing investment in our educators strengthens the heart of every classroom. With a deepened understanding of Montessori principles, our teachers create spaces where each child can flourish; engaging in purposeful work, exploring with curiosity, and discovering the joy of learning.
Recently, our in-person curriculum classes prepared teachers for their practicum in-class work. Those that couldn’t attend in person still had the opportunity to join remotely with materials to use at their practicum site allowing flexibility and collaboration between all our campus locations.
During these sessions, teachers explored the various materials your children use each day, renewing their connection to the child-centered approach that defines our school. It is this commitment to growth, both for teachers and students, that ensures a vibrant, thriving learning community.
