We’re so happy to shine this week’s Staff Spotlight on Ms. Alejandra, our dedicated and joyful Lead Pre Primary Guide in the Cassatt Community at Crescent Montessori!
Ms. Alejandra has been a beloved member of the Crescent family for over 9 years. She began her journey as an assistant in both the Primary and Pre Primary environments, but it was in the Pre Primary community that she truly found her calling.
In 2021, she proudly completed her Montessori Teacher Certification through the Montessori Teacher Education Center (MTEC), and ever since, she’s continued to grow and inspire as a passionate guide for our youngest learners.
What inspires Ms. Alejandra most? The incredible independence and capability of young children. She’s constantly in awe of what they can do when given the freedom and trust to explore and she’s honored to learn right alongside them each day.
Becoming a teacher has been a lifelong dream for Ms. Alejandra, inspired by her older sister. She truly believes that supporting young children in their early years is one of the most rewarding paths a person can take. And her nurturing spirit shines through in everything she does!
When she’s not in the classroom, you might find Ms. Alejandra singing her heart out, hiking in nature, or tending to her growing garden, a hobby that’s blooming beautifully.
Her personal motto? Be happy, life is better when you’re laughing! And we couldn’t agree more.
