Recently, through our Sage Teacher Education Program, we hosted a Montessori Math refresher and training session for our Lead Guides. This initiative aimed to deepen our understanding of Montessori math principles and enhance our teaching methodologies. We’re so happy to shine a spotlight on Ms. Sujata, our nurturing and dedicated Lead Guide in the Monet Primary Community at Crescent Montessori! Ms. Sujata joined the Montessori School of Silicon Valley in November 2021, stepping into the classroom as an Assistant. With her deep love for children and commitment to growth, she soon became a Studio Lead, and in May 2023, she embraced her current role as a Primary Lead Guide.
