Re-enrollment plays an important role in preparing for the upcoming school year at Montessori School of Silicon Valley. Beginning February 2, 2026, our families will have a one-week re-enrollment window to confirm their child’s placement. Our Kindergarten class at the Cantera Campus had a day of exploration and discovery on January 15th. The children visited the Inner Space Cavern in Georgetown, one of Texas’ most fascinating underground treasures. Led by guides and supported by our teachers, the children walked through winding pathways and saw incredible cave formations that have been hidden underground for thousands of years. They listened closely as they learned about stalactites, stalagmites, and observed fossils and corals that are nearly a million years old! Our Kindergarteners from the Cabrillo, Crescent, and Peak Ave campuses had an exciting adventure on December 5th. They spent the day at the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, a place filled with hands-on exhibits that encourage curiosity and creativity. Our Cantera Kindergarten students had an incredible learning adventure during their field trip to Cutter Aviation. The day gave children a first-hand look at the fascinating world of aviation. Our Kindergarten students spent a wonderful day at Ardenwood Historic Farm on November 6th. On October 24th, our MSOSV Kindergarteners enjoyed a field trip to Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch. This special outing connected to classroom lessons about farms, nature, and the changing seasons.
