Our Kindergarten children from the Cabrillo, Crescent, and Peak Ave Montessori campuses enjoyed a special February field trip to Cucina Bambini for a cooking lesson on making pizza.

During the visit, children participated in a hands-on cooking experience designed just for young learners. They followed step-by-step instructions, practiced listening skills, and worked together as they explored food preparation in a fun and supportive environment.

This experience supported independence, concentration, and practical life skills while encouraging children to try something new. Opportunities like this help children build confidence as they see themselves as capable contributors, both in and outside the classroom.

Field trips extend learning beyond campus walls and allow children to apply classroom skills in real-world settings while sharing meaningful experiences with their peers.
