We are thrilled to kick off our Summer Habitats Curriculum with the magical world of the Forest! Over the past two weeks, our children across all age groups have been immersed in the sights, sounds, textures, and wonders of the forest through joyful, hands-on Montessori experiences. From the youngest infants in Nido to our confident Kindergarten students, every child has explored the forest in ways that match their developmental stage; touching soft moss, listening to animal sounds, creating nature art, and building their very own keepsake projects. What Each Age Group Explored

At Montessori School of Silicon Valley, every child’s journey is unique, and we are honored to be part of each family’s story. This month, we are delighted to spotlight Hunter and her family, whose MSOSV journey began when Hunter was just three months old. Hunter started at our Calaveras Montessori location in June 2024 as an infant. From her earliest months, she was welcomed into a warm, nurturing environment where she was cared for, encouraged, and supported each day. When our Calaveras location closed in June 2025, Hunter’s family remained connected

All summer long, the Morgan Hill CCC Amphitheater comes alive on Friday evenings. The Morgan Hill Friday Night Music Series, presented by the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, fills the air with live music every Friday from June 12 through August 21, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM at 17000 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. Peak Ave Montessori will be back again this summer, right there in the middle of it all with our own booth. What Will We Have at Our Booth? Our booth is designed with little ones in

As the school year comes to a close, our Kindergarten students at Cantera Montessori had the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments with a special final field trip to the Creative Playscape playground in Georgetown, Texas. This beloved community playground provided the perfect setting for a day of exploration, imagination, and fun. Throughout the morning, the children climbed, ran, explored, and engaged in creative play while enjoying time together outside the classroom. Field trips offer more than just an opportunity for fun. They allow children to build confidence, strengthen friendships, practice independence, and

As the school year draws to a close, our Kindergarten students from Cabrillo Montessori, Crescent Montessori, and Peak Ave Montessori came together for a special tradition: their final field trip of the year. This year's destination was Creighton Park in Milpitas, one of the city's newer community parks and the perfect setting for a day of exploration, friendship, and celebration. For many of the children, this field trip was an opportunity to connect with fellow Kindergarteners from across our California campuses. Throughout the day, they enjoyed time on the playground, explored the

A lot of things change in the summer. School schedules shift, routines get rearranged, and families spend a lot of time figuring out what the next few months are going to look like. At MSOSV, we take a different approach. For our children, summer is a continuation of learning in a whole new direction. The same teachers, the same classrooms, and the same Montessori structure that your child has thrived in all year carry right through to June, July, and August. What changes is the curriculum, and this summer, it is

On Saturday, May 30th, our Cabrillo campus in Santa Clara became exactly what it is always meant to be: a gathering place for the community. Families from across the neighborhood came through the gates of 2495 Cabrillo Ave. from 10 AM to 12 PM for our Community Summer Fair, and what unfolded was a morning full of connection, curiosity, and joy. What Our Children Experienced From the moment the gates opened, children were drawn to the farm animals, touching soft fur and learning through the kind of direct, hands-on experience that sits at
