A Week Dedicated to the People Who Make It All Possible
Every morning, a teacher is ready. The classroom is prepared, the materials are in place, and your child is welcomed by someone who genuinely knows them. That does not happen by accident. It happens because of the dedicated Lead Guides, Heads of School, Assistant Heads of School, and Assistant Teachers at every campus who show up for our children every single day.
Teacher Appreciation Week, May 4th–8th, gave our families a chance to say thank you in a real and tangible way. Each day, children arrived with flowers, handmade cards, and their teacher’s favorite treats. Our MSOSV Leadership Team gifted every staff member a branded canvas bag to collect their week’s worth of love, a t-shirt to wear proudly, and coffee to fuel the week. Parent communities at each campus brought lunches, donuts, and snacks throughout the week to make sure the teaching team felt truly celebrated.
But beyond the gifts and the treats, what made this week meaningful was the visibility. Each day, we highlighted one of our Lead Guides or Heads of School across our campus social pages. Families got a glimpse of the people guiding their children through Montessori work cycles, nurturing independence, and building confidence one small moment at a time.
These teachers are the heart of MSOSV. We are grateful for them every single day, and we are so proud of the communities at each of our campuses that showed up so beautifully to celebrate them this week.
