A First for Cabrillo Montessori: Join Us for Our Community Summer Fair
At Montessori School of Silicon Valley, community is something we build together. It grows through shared experiences, warm conversations, and the everyday connections that help families feel truly at home.
This year, we are excited to bring that spirit to life in a brand-new way at Cabrillo Montessori. For the first time, our Cabrillo campus in Santa Clara will host a Community Summer Fair, and we cannot wait to welcome both our currently enrolled families and families who are just beginning to learn about our school.
The Cabrillo Summer Fair will take place on Saturday, May 30th, from 10 AM to 12 PM at 2495 Cabrillo Ave. Entry is free, and the morning is designed to be joyful, welcoming, and full of opportunities for children and families to connect.
A New Tradition Begins at Cabrillo
Because this is our first event of its kind at Cabrillo Montessori, it is especially meaningful. Our hope is that the Summer Fair becomes more than a fun morning on campus. We want it to be a new tradition that reflects what makes Cabrillo such a special place: children learning with curiosity, families building relationships, and our wider Santa Clara community coming together.
Families will enjoy a morning filled with activities created with children in mind. Farm animals will be on-site for children to meet up close. Arts and crafts will give little hands the chance to create. Face painting, games, local vendors, and entertainment will bring energy and fun throughout the morning.
Montessori activities will also be woven into the fair, giving prospective families a glimpse into the kind of hands-on learning children experience in our classrooms every day.
Invite a Family You Know
For our currently enrolled MSOSV families, this event is also a wonderful opportunity to share our school with friends, neighbors, coworkers, or family members who may be looking for a Montessori program for their child.
Through our Caring Connections Referral Program, MSOSV celebrates the role our families play in helping new families discover the joy of Montessori learning. Current families will receive a one-time $400 tuition credit for each new student they refer who starts by September 1st, and the newly enrolled family will receive a one-time $100 tuition credit. Tuition credits are given after the student has been enrolled for 90 consecutive days, and the referring family’s name must be listed on the initial application under the “Referred By” section. Enrollment inquiries can be directed to (408) 250-1544.
If you know a family who has been curious about Montessori, the Cabrillo Summer Fair is the perfect morning to invite them. They can meet our team, experience the campus, and see the warmth of our community firsthand.
Group Tours Available
For families considering Cabrillo Montessori, group tours of our campus will be available during the fair. Our team will guide visitors through the classrooms, answer questions, and share what makes a fully implemented Montessori environment so meaningful for young children.
This is a chance for prospective families to see more than a classroom. It is a chance to experience the care, independence, hands-on learning, and community that shape each child’s day at Cabrillo.
Growing Our Community Together
Our Caring Connections program is built on a simple idea: strong communities grow through genuine relationships. When families share their own experiences, they help other families find a place where their children can learn, belong, and thrive.
The Cabrillo Summer Fair brings that idea to life. It is a morning for current families, new families, children, teachers, and neighbors to gather in the same space and celebrate the beginning of something special.
We hope you will join us for this first-ever Cabrillo Montessori Community Summer Fair. Bring your children, invite a friend, and help us grow something great together.
