We’re proud to introduce Ms. Joti, our dedicated Sequoia Lead Guide at Cabrillo Montessori! With nearly 15 years of experience working with children, Ms. Joti brings warmth, consistency, and a deep sense of care to every moment she shares with her students.
She joined MSOSV in 2018 as a Primary Assistant and has been an integral part of our Montessori family ever since. In 2025, she began her Montessori teacher training through the SAGE Institute—an exciting step that continues to deepen her passion for nurturing independence and curiosity in young learners.
Inspired by her mother’s legacy in Montessori education, Ms. Joti finds joy in watching children grow in confidence and often treasures the spontaneous hugs that come her way.
Outside the classroom, she loves to travel, solve puzzles, and embrace new adventures—what her dad fondly calls “a new kick.” She also volunteers at a local nursing home, reflecting her big heart and commitment to care.
